Parking
Parking is available via the ramp connecting to the Sparrow Professional Building. Also, feel free to utilize the valet service at the front entrance of the Professional Building.
Hospital Affiliation
We use Sparrow Hospital for our patients if hospitalization becomes necessary.
Financial Policy
Payment is expected at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made prior to your visit. We participate with a number of insurance carriers. Co-payments and deductibles are the patient's responsibility. Please have all insurance cards and information available at each visit.
Referral Authorizations
Some insurance companies will not pay for services unless a referral authorization is given to us before you are seen by a physician. If no authorization is provided, you will be responsible for paying for services on the day of your visit.
Cancellation Policy
While some cancelled appointments are unavoidable, late cancellations can keep us from seeing other patients. Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
Telephone Calls
You may call us at 517-484-2760 during office hours. After hours urgent callers may leave a message for the physician on-call. Whenever possible, please call during office hours.
Prescription Refills
Requests for prescription refills received between the hours of 8:00 am and 12 noon will be called to the pharmacy by 5:00 pm. Requests received after 12 noon will be called in to the pharmacy on the following day.
